A Better Christmas
It is 1920 in New York and Robert Stewart is all alone having lost his family in the flu pandemic that has finally died down after killing millions all over the world. Not only that, but he brings more happiness to Robert's life when the boy talks him into visiting two injured immigrant boys on Ellis Island. Robert is so taken with the boys, Connor and Brendan, that he invites them to his home to spend Christmas with him and Kieran. Robert’s final wall collapses when Kieran reveals a secret to them all.

They Were Not Alone
Erich was a carefree boy in Austria, until the Nazi's came. Soon he and his family felt the wrath of the Nazis and Erich becomes the only member of his family alive. He befriends another boy, Max in the camp where they are interned. Their job is to make bricks day in and day out. It is monotonous but they continue to survive, until one day they are marched to the showers. The two boys know what this means and they begin to cry as they strip off their clothes, but an older teen comes up to them and comforts them to the end.
